Terms Of Service

By using our platform you agree to the following:

  1. Using Your Payment Card to Load your Prepaid Stored Value Account:

    2. By agreeing to this Authorization, you may use your Payment Card to load (or “deposit” to) your Prepaid Stored Value Account / Program (your “Prepaid Account”).

  2. Processing Fees:

    3. Prepaid Account Stored Value is equal to your transaction amount and includes all fees.

  3. Payment Card Statement:

    4. When you receive your monthly Payment Card statement, any Payment Card transaction processed to your Prepaid Account will appear on your monthly Payment Card statement.

  4. Prepaid Stored Value Receipts:

    5. Although you will not receive a paper statement for your Prepaid Account, a text receipt to the mobile number on file will be delivered for all transactions.

  5. Agreement to Resolve Issues and Contact Merchant Prior to Contacting Payment Card Issuer:

    6. You agree to contact customer service first in the event of any dispute, unauthorized transaction, or to resolve any other issues prior to disputing any transaction to your Payment Card issuer. You further agree not to dispute any transaction processed.
